Setting up online booking for your new suite

What to look for in a booking app and how to set it up so clients can book you in a few taps.

A calm, minimal treatment suite

In a suite, there is no front desk. Online booking takes its place, letting clients book any time of day without a phone call. A good setup saves you hours every week.

What to look for in a booking app

  • Easy for clients: booking should take a few taps on a phone.
  • Reminders: automatic text or email reminders cut down on no-shows.
  • Deposits: the option to take a deposit for long or high-value services.
  • Your schedule, your rules: set your hours, breaks and buffer time between clients.

Set up your service menu

Add each service with its price and how long it takes, including cleanup time. Clear names help clients choose the right appointment the first time.

Write a short booking policy

Keep it simple: how much notice you need to cancel or reschedule, what happens if a client is late, and whether you take deposits. Put it on your booking page so everyone sees it before they book.

Put your link everywhere

Add your booking link to your Instagram bio, your Google profile and your texts to clients. The fewer steps between finding you and booking you, the better.

Every NR professional can have their booking link featured on the NR website. Ask about it on your tour.
