Who can lease a suite at NR?
All eligible beauty professionals are welcome, including hair stylists, braiders, estheticians, lash and brow artists, nail technicians, makeup artists and more. You'll need a current Michigan license for the services you offer.
What's included in my rent?
A fully private, locking, furnished suite, plus utilities, WiFi, shared laundry, a client waiting area, a break room, parking and 24/7 secure access. Marketing support is available too.
Can I work any hours I want?
Yes. Every suite comes with 24/7 access, so you can see an early client before work or a late one after.
Is my suite private and secure?
Yes. Each suite is fully enclosed and locks, and the building is secure.
Is there a move-in offer?
Yes. New suite leases include 4 weeks free.* Terms apply. We'll walk you through the details on your tour.
How much does a suite cost?
Pricing depends on the suite. We share current rates and availability on your private tour.
Can I decorate my suite?
Yes. Suites come furnished, and you can make the space your own to match your brand.
